So with the ~25% pullback since Trump has taken office I have accelerated my plans of BTC stacking. I did not have BTC falling to $80k this year on my bingo card and so I am doing all I can to take advantage of that! However, living in the US seems to really limit my options when it comes to doing so and I am interested to see what other people do.
Even with Trumps Presidency it seems to me that for quick and easy purchases you are limited to CEX’s. Coinbase, Gemini, etc they all have pretty significant fees one way or another which really erodes the win of BTC pulling back. That being said what is everyone else doing to take advantage of the dip?
Personally I have been doubling down on the use of Fold to pay not only my CC bills but also random other things like Disney+ where you can get 12.6% back in sats! Like most Fold users in the US I joined the waitlist for the CC since as a Fold+ user I will get 2% back in sats for every purchase! Btw if you haven’t joined the waitlist heres my referral link I have no shame in plugging myself 😂
Does anyone have any other tip or ticks they are using I’d love to hear them!

don't kyc your stack

I know it's not ideal, because of KYC, Fold is a very easy way to transfer fiat into bitcoin. There are no fees for Fold+ members (other than the membership, I suppose).

My 401k is rolling over to an IRA in a few weeks where I can buy bitcoin direct. Hopefully the price stays low until then.

My company got bought out, so I have to roll over my 401k. Instead of rolling to the new company, it's going right into bitcoin.

Odds you think Congress gets bought out

What makes you think they aren't already. 😝

So you can buy BTC through that card? I don't understand much, I'm new to this.
reply
Yes you can! You can also get BTC back for using it as well!
