The balanceness of a channel it doesn't mean you cannot send out. You cannot send out because of your peers routes, fees or not well synced graph. I suggest to restart your Alby node. Some logs will be helpful if you can provide.

Thank you @DarthCoin I have restarted the Alby node a number of times now. What is the best way to provide you with the logs? I have it downloaded now.

Did you look into logs? Did you see any error about syncing? you can send them in a txt file over nostr DM
