What I meant is not about the politics but the implementation itself, Sweden is basically cashless society already, you just need to sugarcoat the CBDC and most people won't even understand the difference when you swap one thing with another.

Ehhh im not so sure about the Nordics given how Sweden's government is right now... they seem to be much more on the edge then people realize.
