Considering rain, elevation change, and distance, that's not a bad pace. Train at 11 so you can compete at 10.

Not good enough to complete the marathon in under 4hrs, which is my goal. Seems like I won't be able to reach my goal with my current shape, but still 8 more weeks to get better, so we will see.

I'm hopeful it will. Soon I will be able to run in shorts, which I think is a total game changer.
