First of all I agree 100%. This is stolen bitcoin. Apparently though @kepford is correct that people are disappointed and that accounts for the sell off. They wanted a purchase announcement, which probably wouldn't be legal.

it also just gave a country with very abusive civil forfeiture laws a great reason to seize more bitcoin.
