They have some temporary issues with the NWC.
failing due to what - routing fees? if so, try increasing the threshold.. (this happens quite frequently in our case)
As I always said: spread your stash in multiple wallets, channels, levels. Be well prepared for all kind of situations and be able to switch quickly from one source to another.
But seems that people do not want to listen my advice and always relai on just one damn source of sats. So you will pay the consequences....
