He can't leave NATO.... we codified it in FY 2024 NDAA making it near impossible. Literally Rubio co lead the effort and there is no way Trump could get the 2/3 Senate vote to do it. He could try and fight it but it wouldnt be a fight supported by all Republicans and would do more damage than good to his Admin.

Maybe so, but the Senate can't deploy troops, so it's still de facto up to the President to honor the agreement.

I dont see a situation where we deploy troops. Even the peace keeper talks are with the Europeans putting boots on the ground. Trump isnt stupid enough to screw up the booming arms manufacturing sector he has right now. I could see him call for Europe to further boost spending to the 5% he has talked about and that would likely lead to an influx of orders. Poland for instance I mean we cannot produce enough for the amount those people want to buy lol....
Poland is the European Texas and I love it
