I think in stacker news that might indicate that you can only send but not receive using that connection
The red indicator means that send isn't working. The other indicator is for receive and it's grey because no receive details have been entered.
For receiving I think I need to let you create a receive-only connection that can create invoices but doesn't have pay_invoice permissions
