It's not theft. Russia's invasion is an extremely serious crime. Taking the assets of criminals to compensate those affected is not theft.

Afghanistan and Libya weren't even remotely criminal. And re: Iraq, only the second war was arguably wrong.

Russia was first one who started stealing from occupied territories since 2014 - factory equipment, coal, grain, office equipment, actually everything they could get their hands on, including washing machines.
