Your weight fluctuates a lot. My weight used to fluctuate more when I was younger but I think I have been in a 5lb range for 2 years now.

does. not. matter what I do -- eat lots or eat little, work out like crazy, eat crap or eat good. Never move from 94-95kg.

At this point, I'd personally recommend meal planning and calorie counting.

It's really hard to get super lean. Like really really hard. I definitely can't do it without a lot of effort. Some guys can, but not me.
