Sadly this doesn't exactly say what "regenerative architecture" means but it's easy enough for us to tell what it isn't. The best it helps us is by saying we should be build small, intentionally, and think about the long term:
This way we can convince ourselves that is better to build the smallest and best cottage, home, villa, estate, condominium, nursery, school, street, park, pub we can that first nourishes us by being functional and healthy.
It reminds me of where I spent my recent vacation. It felt very lived in, very intentional. There were four or five different decks, with at least one suitable for each time of day depending on the position of sun.
Well if "regenerative architecture" is anything like "regenerative agriculture" it would improve over time both its yields and the environment. It would be lower time preference and maybe more cost and lower yield short term but lower cost and higher yield long term.

True, but I'm still not sure what that means practically.

Beautiful spot. Reminds me of those old farm houses with the wrap around decks , living in the sun at all times.
Do you know of any good books that is a tactile beautifully thought out on this topic?

It was a nice spot for sure. The saddest thing was it was all kind of in disrepair because it was probably built 50 years ago. Builders aren't the artists they once were I don't think.

Me? No. The best thing I'd estimate comes close to this ideal are Earthships which are hyperaware and thoughtful of their environments.

*The vacation rental was 1br/1bath. It had more deck square footage than it did interior square footage.
