I am ashamed! I'm so weak after my break.
Bench press 175 lbs 3 sets of 10, I only got 7 reps on the final set.
Inclined DB press only 45 lbs. 3 sets of 10.
Tricep push down only 80 lbs 3 sets of 10 and only got 5 reps on last set.
Tricep overhead cable extension (single arm) 15 lbs 3 sets of 12
Lateral raises 15 lbs 3 sets of 12
It can be less from your (Aardvark) standards but many can't even imagine doing it. So, it's again just perfect.
