It is pretty impressive that in the 1960s 90% of homicides were solved or cleared by law enforcement. Today its only 51%. As a side note maybe we should expand the patriot act and give the law enforcement even more spying capabilities. Oh wait, in the 1960s they didnt have any of that and had to do things the old fashioned way, you know, the detective columbo way, and 90% were solved compared to today where the law enforcement has all kinds of power and can barely solve 50% of muders. Ooops that turned into a rant. SORRY
