Were any of these actions done by Trump? Or were they done by someone else, often in foreign countries? Misnsk1&2 were done by Europeans and Americans with Angela Merkl saying the whole thing was just a lie and a set up. What will you say if he pulls the reduction off?

Don't get me wrong - I'm totally pro reducing military outreach not only of US, Russia and China but globally (North Korea, Iran etc) to even a great precent but I'll honestly be shocked if this comes true.
