We should initially start it at something like 5k-10k. Long-term, it should be a fraction of monthly profits. That's similar to what @siggy47's doing with his ~bitcoin_beginners rewards.

I think we could do a low stakes competition, based on your accountability posts. Using your super scientific points system, we could award 1k to whoever had the best month. That should be a light enough reward that people don't cheat to get it.

That's why I said manually. With that I meant we can assign the point to multiple or more points based on a specific criteria.
We can also have multiple winners.
