I did about 9k steps yesterday and I'm 16 hours into my fast (dry portion just finished).
Great! I tried dry fast again today but forgot and broken it in 2 hours. I need to hide water from the tables first.

One of the good things about exercises like this, is the way various habits are broken and patterns of behavior are exposed.
