The app allows foreigners to pay using Pix, a ubiquitous digital fiat payment system in Brazil, by sending sats to “pix providers” who then pay your bill using pix. Coordination happens over nostr and Fedi provides the providers with a custodial account to receive the customer’s sats.

It won the recent bitcoin++ Floripa hackaton.
