The unstoppable rains that the Dubai happened were for the greatest and tangible test that governments seek to manipulate the climate in some, that will bring consequences sooner or later.
In the next decades the weather will become more violent and unpredictable.

They need to spray aluminum and other (barium, strontium) nano-particles which apparently allow the microwaves to manipulate the atmosphere wherever the particles are present. Qgis is Geographic Mapping Software. Install it with apt and start playing with maps! I'm on Debian, so I'm using an older version, but it's pretty impressive to me, either way.
