When the time comes for our new roof, I'm inclined to go even bigger and get a Tesla roof (or whatever the best solar roof is at that time).

We also live in a housing boom house, so I appreciate the predicament of constantly needing to fix stuff. We call ours a Bluth Home, after Arrested Development.
