Once we introduce a prize, we introduce an incentive to lie. I think a contest should be separate from this accountability thread, which is a nice place to discuss how well we're doing.
Let's do a separate post to brainstorm contest ideas, because having contests is a great idea for territory engagement.

I agree. I think we can do it without actually revealing the judgement criteria. We can just declare the winner at the end of every month.
