Just send a pic showing a hand written sign saying 'I am Cje95' and take it in the premises of Congress where you work...ie some background that clearly identifies your workplace as Congress...nothing identifying yourself. Or the hand written sign and a Congress access/passcard or other official/workplace document - with your name/ID if relevant covered over. No need to dox yourself. If you do work there it should not be difficult to prove that without revealing your identity. If you can do so convincingly and anonomously I will zap you 10000 sats and profusely apologise. Oh but you cannot because you do not work in Congress.
