In the words of Rockwell "I always feel like somebody's watching me"
For those that don't know this reference:
Where are you going with this grayruby?
Well, my 6 year old daughter has amassed a massive stuffed animal collection. She has stuffed animals of all shapes, sizes, colours. Looking for something a bit different in a stuffed animal, how about a sloth or a narwhal. She has those. Prefer fictional characters like Yoshi, Tails or Spiderman. She has those. The first one she got was a penguin which I bought for her before she was born. He is probably still her favourite- at least I like to think so.
Anyways, she likes to take her stuffed animals, also known simply as "friends", and place them randomly all over the house. In the kitchen, on the living room couch, on the dining table. She even manages to sit them on the ledge of the railing at the top of the stairs.
As usual, this morning I was sitting at the dining table drinking coffee and scrolling through SN on my laptop. Meanwhile, my daughter casually and quietly started placing various stuffed animals all over the room, and positioned them all looking at me. There were 8 or 9 of them.
My wife walked in the room and noticed the stuffed animals around the room, all staring at me, so she asked my daughter "are your friends keeping an eye on daddy"?
To which my daughter replied "yes, they want to see what he is doing with his Bitcoin and football".
Haha I feel seen.
Sats for all, GR
So far, the vast array of stuffed animals in our house have not shown such a keen interest in what I'm doing. I do enjoy coming across them all arranged in various places, clearly up to something.

Does your daughter have any unique ones?
Sometimes my daughter will announce I have to attend a party at x time for y stuffed animal. Seems they are having parties almost every day. Party animals indeed.

Her favorites are these giraffes, that are like tiny baby blankets with a stuffed giraffe head and neck sticking out, and a turtle, who's shell is a star projector nightlight.
We got her on of the giraffes when she was born and it quickly become something she couldn't be separated from. My wife bought two spares, in case it got lost or we had to clean it. Eventually, the spares were discovered so now there are three giraffe sisters.

Nice. My daughter doesn’t have a giraffe.

LOL, how funny, girls are the best. Surprise her, grab one of her stuffed friends and place it next to you facing the laptop and tell her she is working or watching football with you. Has she ever put some of her stuffed animals inside the fridge? My daughter has done it, she says it's to scare us or make them eat the food.
reply
Haha no never in the fridge.

That’s her way of showing love - having her companions watch over you xP

Beautiful!
Hope one of those fluffy animals doesn't steal your seed.
reply
Just be careful with your seed phrase. Those toys may look cute, but can break bad at any time.

Don't I know it.

Wow! Do you have some physical Bitcoin or you keep yelling "Bitcoin Bitcoin" all the time in the house?
It also reminds me the first ever gift I gave to any kid.
