MSTR needs BTC to close above 96K to be eligible for the S&P 500.
I don't think this is much of a conspiracy, but I think that in the final week Saylor buys from the market instead of OTC in an attempt to manipulate the market.

The fact that he is doing OTC buys for me was the strongest signal that he is sincere in his belief of holding forever.
If you were just interested in fiat cashout, he would be pumping with market buys....not trying to maximize his stack size.

I don't think he's going to cash out, I think he's going to cash in in that S&P 500 money. That's opens up a whole new revenue stream to buy more BTC with.

I'm not sure if he's genuine or not, and i think his intentions are irrelevant. I think there's a less than zero chance that this ends up really bad.
