NASA has recently announced an update regarding the risk of asteroid 2024 YR4 impacting Earth, setting the probability at a concerning 3.1% for a potential impact in 2032. This figure represents the highest probability of an asteroid strike ever recorded, surpassing the previous record of 2.7% set in 2004.
