I want to avoid it wherever possible. In practice, it seems moderation leads to censorship. My goal is that such posts simply never make it to the front page which should be helped when the the web of trust ranking algo goes live.

But eventually we'll probably need some moderation. I think we'll have users over a certain threshold be able to mark posts as spam or low quality.
