30% of the zap goes to territory founders and the rewards pool. We call this a Sybil fee (because it’s proof of sacrifice like).

It registers like 3 outgoing txs. for 28 sats each. I believe 

 zapped me 40 sats in a reply right below this one and I got 28 sats for that one as well. I happen to also have received a 1000 sats zap from a post elsewhere and wallet log on stacker.news shows an outgoing for 700 sats.

Does this mean stacker.news takes a fee, or am I misreading something?
