One or 2 a week is about right. Enough to keep up with what’s going on - seem to always instant play a Luke Gromen / Lyn Alden - for insight to the next 6 months or so.

Instead of listening to the same songs on the radio while I'm driving, I'll get some Bitcoin podcasts on.
Ngu pods are very samey, so I normally go for the ones dealing with the socio economic benefits
