The next time you see your doctor and get a blood draw (you are doing this every year, yes?) be sure to request that your testosterone levels be tested.
Testosterone is measured as Ng/dL. Ng/dL stands for nanograms per deciliter, which is a unit of measurement used to express the concentration of substances, such as hormones, in the blood. It indicates how many nanograms of a substance are present in one deciliter of blood.
Since the 1960s-70s (the first time data was collected on a large scale), average testosterone levels have been cut nearly in half. You can draw any number of conclusions, when you compare this with the state of our society.
Sedentary lifestyles, processed foods, lack of exercise, sunshine, and sex ... all these things contribute to the feminization of the men in our society. Studies have shown that higher testosterone results in better rational decision making.
Currently, average testosterone levels are lower than they have ever been.
How to raise testosterone:
  • Eat real food (beef, veg, dairy, fruit)
  • Stop drinking soda, etc
  • Get sunshine
  • Get rid of your gut
  • Exercise regularly
I recently tested at 640 Ng/dL. Feeling good about that.

You must be very rational

No wonder TRT is so popular, why deal with whats causing the drop, just get jacked up on pharma T instead

  • Sleep This is a mayor one. Research has shown that sleep loss dramatically lowers testosterone. So get your 8 hrs and cut back on that caffeine! All those are of course interconnected, all the above helps with sleep, sunshine (melatonine), overweight is harmful for sleep and of course regular exercise is a must (but not to late in the evening, you need time to wind down before bedtime).

T levels take a big hit from phthalates. This is damage done in the womb by plastics in the mother's environment. No diet or sunshine to fix that. So we know the main catalyst behind the gender ideology.
Another big hit comes from the feminism movement and it's various forks. All these empowered women running around not needing men, except wherever they feel the need to make sure a man sees them doing it, or just to eat them alive financially and then go about their business like it's what everyone's doing... It's no wonder so many men are giving up on manhood and turning into what it seems like the world needs more of.
Combine that with the processed food, the phthalates, the video games, disney, and clinics that offer free lobitophomy or adadictomy and you have a recipe for five generations that will not reproduce.
I would bet money on the connection between industrial plastics production and depopulation ideas organized at some elite dinner tables. But that's just tinfoil hat talk.

Don’t call me girlie!!!
Good educational tip. I had no idea about how to check my testosterone. Digging up my blood test results now (yes I take a blood test every year).
Hope all is well

All hormones including testoterone derived from cholesterol, how about the war against cholesterol is actually about lowering the testoterone level of the whole population to make it more docile and less likely to oppose its rulers?
reply
Yes, my cholesterol is at 236, which is the "actually good" range, but my doc said maybe try to bring it down, which I know to be incorrect.

I have a feeling that part of the reason we're seeing lower levels is because we're looking for it now. How many men in the 70's were getting TRT, or even knew to check on it? Today, everyone is much more aware.
Also, people who have symptoms of lower testosterone are more likely to get tested for it than ones with high testosterone.
This is just a guess though.
