The USG will take revenge for this by one means or another. Regulatory agencies will sometimes overlook fines against corporations -- and store those up for later use. As big as Twitter is, there's undoubtedly some fines that some regulatory agencies could whip out now and order Twitter to pay. It's just a matter of time.

The most obvious response is for NASA to drop all SpaceX flights. Dunno if that's possible but I'm sure the Whitehouse wants to.
