I've heard a lot from my friends about fasting and cancer. They believe fasting lowers cancer risk by starving cancer cells and preventing their growth. I noticed you've been fasting a lot lately so i thought you might know something. Hehe, never mind. Fasting is good. Keep it up!

I had heard that too, but then I saw some research about how cancer thrives in conditions of autophagy, which fasting causes.

If I had any cancer concerns, I would definitely spend more time looking into it.
