I forgot to post yesterday and these haven't been my best, but they were still ok.
I hope everyone's having a nice Valentine's Day. Remember, happy wife, happy life.

Sorry to ask, but what are you doing? Is this something like intermittent fasting?
Exactly. The first number is how long I went until eating again and the number in parentheses is how long I went without eating or drinking (dry fasting).
I see. Does that mean that on the 11th you went 20 hours without eating? So you only had one meal that day?
Yep, I had stopped eating after lunch, because I had filled up on Super Bowl leftovers.
wow I'm surprised, the goal is to lose weight? Wasn't it difficult at first?
It was mildly difficult at first, but I've been doing it for a long time now. This month I'm just paying more attention to the habit, in order to strengthen it a bit.
I think of the purpose being better health, more broadly. A little weight loss wouldn't be bad, though.
I feel hungry just reading this.
I felt hungry writing it, so I ate something.
That's probably a good idea, I usually only fast when I'm sleeping, although I wouldn't be shocked to find out that I eat when I sleep too.
Happy wife if @Undisciplined stays Disciplined??
I think she finds this slightly annoying, actually.
They always do
They just want results not the work to get there. Even tho ur the only one doing it!
I truly congratulate you, you are an example of perseverance and dedication. Tell me how do you feel? What physical and mental changes has this challenge brought you?
Thanks, I've been meaning to write some reflections in these.
The two things that have been most noticeable are reduced hunger cravings and more vivid dreams.
When you refer to more vivid dreams you talk about "a more pleasant rest?
No, but that might be more related to the kid being sick lately.
Soon, it will be: happy ladies happy life (if not already)
