Does not make sense, The design is published in Jan 2025, the Volt wallet last commit was 9 months ago. I doubt is a new design for the existing app or that it comes from the Bitcoin Design community.

this is the article describing the design, not the real design. idk exactly how is going the dev team and if they will implement the design explained in this article.

I don't think the two projects are related, if not just sharing by coincidence the same name. Just a feeling, can't verify it yet
