Personally I would never consider the reverse of my initials to be "my initials", although indeed, it's a very low probability either way in a BTC address.

In Japanese it would be ordered last name > first name I.e. Nakamoto Satoshi
Why would he say "I can't receive incoming connections from where I am"? That's not the same as saying "I can't receive incoming connections with my public IP". Its saying he doesn't have the capability of opening a port using his network connection such as one on a LAN run by a large institution.
