"Have you ever noticed that pessimistic and depressed people avoid babies?
I’m sure there are exceptions to this statement, but on the whole, I think it’s accurate. Dark, gloomy minds shy away from babies. I think there’s something to learn from this."
Or vice versa: Without babies people became depressed and pessimistic.

Being a father has changed me in infinite ways and I see how important it is to have children and perpetuate everything I believe through them, laying out and showing the path and letting them follow when it is appropriate. Without this, authoritarian and anti-freedom cultures will perpetuate as there are many more children. I can understand the fear of putting someone into the world knowing what they are really like. However, without populating the world with good people, more people with bad influences will emerge and it is not a rule that they will follow the path of their parents, but it will be difficult to show them ideas of freedom when there are so few of us.
