Polls are tweaked to give the publisher their desired result. They are often wrong and they don't matter.

I personally think Carney is the same as Trudeau, if not worse. He's another elite that have lost touch with regular Canadians. He is also a big supporter of the carbon tax, which is making everything more expensive for Canadians.

Also, don't forget, he had been Trudeau's informal economic advisor since 2020 and became the chair of the Liberal task force on economic growth in September 2024. And look how Canada is doing economically. It's no secret that his economic advising is shit.

I don't think Canadians are dumb enough to elect Carney in the next election, because it's pretty much Trudeau 2.0. If he does get elected in the next federal election, may god bless Canada, and I might start considering applying for a H1B to the States.

I do expect they will get a bump from Carney compared to Trudeau or Freeland but I doubt it will be as significant as this "poll" portrays. Most Canadians aren't smart enough to understand the snakely nature of Carney but most Canadians want a change.
