I have been researching the use of timelocked addresses using OP_CLTV script and have been unable to find any wallets that provide a simple user interface to:

generate timelocked public address
set timelock period using blockheight
spend funds when the timelock period has expired
I believe this is an interesting feature and would be prepared to offer a bounty for a sucessful working example.

i am also interested to integrate OP_RETURN message functionality as well.
