Even though I work across the aisle this is a moment I wish both sides would take a step back and see the bigger picture. As someone who developed epilepsy after a series of concussions and one wreck where I was T boned an incident like this is so hard to put into words. If he is anything like I was he knows exactly what he is trying and wants to say but the words don’t come out and when they do they do not come out right.

It is a terrifying situation and more importantly once identified and treated will not cause him issues anymore. People might be quick to scream he is not fit to serve but as a Republican from Texas who works in DC having an incident like this does not mean that at all. Now if he does not take care of himself, skips his meds, etc that is a different story but one off events should not be used against people.
