When i open https://stacker.news in tor browser, i get the "onion site available" badge (based on the onion-location http header). Clicking it leads to snsnsnya6h3ot563f3p566wuhfoklkg5f62hokdlaqzcaub3gf4xlxyd.onion which is the same address mentioned in #44254
However, it's been down for me the past couple of days.
It is very likely that it is down because it's very unreliable and we didn't have the time to look into it yet. I think it breaks on every new deployment.
