I might not like the teams that are playing in today's Super Bowl but that doesn't mean it can't help make me fit.

I will be rooting for Saquon Barkley to have a big game.

I will burn 2.1 calories for every yard Barkley rushes or receives for and an additional 100 calories for every TD Barkley scores. If he wins MVP add another 100 calories.

Let's go Health and Fitness!

And to make sure the world stays in perfect harmony, I will eat an equivalent amount of extra calories.
