Away from the tikis and back to the classics! This evening calls for quality ingredients and fine whiskey and cognac!.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. Rye Whiskey 1/2 oz. Cognac 1/4 oz. simple syrup 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters 1 dash Angostura Bitters 3-4 drops saline solution Rinse of Absinthe
Instructions: Rinse chilled rocks glass with absinthe and set aside. Add ingredients to mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for at least 45 seconds. Double strain into prepared glass. Twist the lemon peel over the top of the drink to release the oils from the peel. No garnish required.

Oh that is so true! And I would if Sergio finally reveals his secret how he manages a family and bartending together. All bartenders I know (and I have been one in my student times) are single and/or alcoholics. Biggest problem about this job: everyone has free time when you work and vice versa
