I was a little surprised no one had posted about this earlier but HUGE news for the fight for Code is Speech! With all respect to the law as long as the guy turns over this passport and takes the typical steps to not flee the country he should have to sit in jail. It wasnt like he murdered someone or did some other violent crime/has a history of running from the law so let the courts function as they should and let him be able to go home to prep his case!
