Honestly, not much, although I am better prepared than 4 years ago when we were locked up. Today, at least I know bitcoin and I keep my little money myself.
One of my goals for this year is to have a pantry with food and supplies, capable of facing any emergency.
Get on that food, water purification and supplies for emergency!

Thanks, this is the best advice after
"buy bitcoin."I was watching some videos where they mentioned a product that is prepared with 7 types of seeds and some honey. Apparently it is a product that can last for months in storage.
Have you heard about that or know what I am talking about?
