It's in everything we eat and drink. It diffuses into the liquid in our digestion system, diffuses into the blood and from there crosses the blood-brain-barrier slowly but steadily

plastics are literally everywhere and in every thing. there would need to be a significant transition period where new replacement materials can be discovered if we don't want to go back 150 years in technology.
