Rankings based on surveys won't be accurate, most likely. People vote with their feet not with their mouths.
As bad as things are in the U.S., I still think I'd rather stay here and have my kids grow up here.

My wife isn’t the adventurous sort. Ideally, I would have become a globetrotting educator, teaching English in different countries and exposing my children to different cultures authentically
