Happiness Journal 3/2/25

Planned to finish my exam setting, but a colleague 6 years my senior struck up a conversation and basically unloaded his mid-life crisis on me. TBH, I am a bit stressed about not completing the task I have set out to do. However, he was appreciative for the hour I spent with him. He said that I not only offered a good listening ear, but was also a good sounding board. Guess I did some good today.
