it is a little bit premature. damus has a web version tho which is very crude. you cant use it to follow people, but you can use it to view your feed from people you have followed via other means and you can respond to them. www.damus.io/webv2
you can also view the raw feed of the damus relay on www.damus.io/web

astral.ninja is painfully slow but it looked like a bot that was sharing links of top posts from stacker.news

yes exactly that - looks like a bot account, not sharing all the posts so yeah must be top posts.
