Most foods are processed to some degree, but things like fruits, vegetables, and eggs are unprocessed.
This article is about ultra processed foods though. For instance plain Oatmeal is processed as the oats are steamed and rolled but they are still only one ingredient compared to something ultra processed like fruity pebbles...
