Cape Codders can now get an aerial view of the state Department of Transportation’s recommended highway interchange options for the future southbound Sagamore Bridge on YouTube.

The short video shows the two separate bridges, northbound and southbound, but focuses on the southbound lanes starting with the first exit off the bridge at the Market Basket and two rotaries under the bridge interchanges to connect to the Market Basket and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Federal funding of $1 billion for the new Sagamore Bridge was approved in July, bringing the total cost of $1.72 billion in addition to $700 million in state funds
