Well, I would still look at this from a positive side, I mean Canada still does better than many countries globally and remains among the top countries worldwide in terms of healthcare accessibility (I take immigration as a confirmation)
I don't even believe this number. Technically, my family has a primary care physician but she is two hours away in Toronto where we haven't lived for over 3 years now
So, I assume you have tried to find another physician nearby but eventually didn’t manage, is this what you’re saying?
Not to mention if you need a specialist, good luck.
This is a serious problem in many “developed” countries, too.
Yes we have been looking for a local family doctor for years but there are no new practices or current physicians accepting new patients.
