I was browsing around on Amboss space and noticed a banner advertisement at the top of the page for bancolibre.
I had not heard of it before so I thought I would bring to SN attention. It looks like they do collect KYC info for some "features". So it may be a non-starter as a service.
Features (as listed in FAQ):

Information Necessary to Provide Third Party On- or Off-Ramp Services: - Government-issued identification such as social security number, driver’s license, or state-issued identification number; - Transactions and Payment Information such as your credit card or bank account number you provide to us if you use the BancoLibre Services to send payments, which we may share with third-party payment processors as described in this Policy.
